Tagging is a great way to find things quickly. The biggest downfall would be if you forgot what/how you tagged something! It would be important to make obvious tags that would make sense to the average person!
I find that tagging consistently and in a meaningful way to be the biggest challenge here. If I'm working with a group, I try to use tags we can all agree on. Using multiple tags also seems to help me find information more easily. What have you found works best for you?
